Green Fuels Ranch

The Flower Ranch is an incorporated company owned and managed by Melinda
Rombouts and Dave Burch and currently produces a wide variety of decorative
plants for the wholesale and retail seasonal markets. The owners have over 50
years of growing experience between them, have grown hundreds of varieties of
plants and have spent years researching algae production. Ms. Rombouts also
holds a BSc and BA from UOW with specialization in plant and microbiology.

The Flower Ranch was established in 2004 in Strathroy, Ontario and incorporated
in 2005. We have improved and expanded throughout the years improving the
aesthetics of the garden centre, moving from a focus on wholesale to retail,
opening additional locations and expanding our product offerings.

We now plan to expand our business by being the first greenhouse in Canada to
produce various strains of algae year-round for the nutraceutical and chemical
industry markets. We will operate under the name of Green Fuels Ranch. The first
bioreactors are to be online by July of 2010, expanding the number of
photobioreactors immediately afterward.

We hope to become the foremost producer of specialty algae products in Canada
by 2011. Simultaneously, we will research every aspect of maximizing algal
production. Our long term goal is to develop methods of efficient algae production
that would allow us to aid the development of algal biofuel production in Canada.
We are dedicated to being a beneficial presence in our community, to advancing
the agricultural and rural sector, ensuring development of the highest quality
product at every level and acknowledging the assistance and dedication of our
staff.
